Instructions:
First Use
– Wipe surface and preheat griddle or pan to 200 °F for 30 mins
– Apply cast iron oil seasoning and wipe off any excess
– Heat cookware or griddle until seasoning burns off
– Repeat the previous 2 steps a few times for best results
TIP: If using a cast iron pan, place the pan in a 400 degree oven upside down for 1 hour.
Daily Maintenance
– Wash griddle or pan thoroughly after cooking
– Apply a thin layer of seasoning
– Store until you're ready to use again
